Edited by Stephen Schneider, this book is good selection of most memorable and often overlooked gangster movies beginning with 1920's until end of 1990's and beginning of new millennium. Fans of this typical American genre will probably recognize most of them, but not all, not to mention newcomers. Each movie is represented by two page review by renowned movie critics. Some underrated movies are overlooked, but all in all this is great book with lots of usual gangster stuff.
