This is enjoyable crime novel about some guy tracing woman whom he knew from his school days and liked her. During his work in some company he incidentally finds something about her and start unravelling all the things she have done. Krassy Almauniski is definite type of woman who will do anything to get to the top and escape her lousy neighbourhood, deceiving people, changing names, killing husbands and performing abortions. As main protagonist progresses in quest of finding her, he realizes she's not anymore that sweet girl he used to know, hence the title of the novel.
