Clean, Shaven (1993)

This is pretty good movie about schizo and his troubles as he copes with harsh reality of his unstable condition. Although low budget and quite short, director successfully portrayed his state of mind through images, sounds, and facial expressions. Peter Greene did a very good job portraying man suffering from this terrible illness.
