Friedrich Dürrenmatt - The Judge and his Hangman

Friedrich Dürrenmatt was swiss novelist famous for his plays and numerous novels. Although very well written, by the end it reaches into surreal nonsense. There is good adaptation of his other novel directed by Sean Penn.
