This is very interesting gangster movie based on novel by Donald Westlake. Small time criminal portrayed by Robert Duvall takes revenge against the firm for messing up his girlfriend. Harry Dean Stanton plays episodic role, and Karen Black is sweet as Robert Duvall's girl. Too bad she had to die.
